Best for detailed help
Email support
Send the route number, what you expected to see, and roughly when it happened. Screenshots and your iPhone model or iOS version can also help.

Phone or text option
Tap Text Feedback in Seattle Buses to open Apple’s Messages composer. Review your message and confirm it when you are ready. Nothing is sent without your confirmation.
If you send it, the developer receives the message and associated contact information only to respond to your feedback or support request.

Quick troubleshooting
Check your connection
Live bus locations need an internet connection. If the map looks stale, move somewhere with a stronger connection and reopen the app.
Check route and direction
Confirm that the route, travel direction, and time window match the trip you are looking for. A bus may be outside the selected view.
Location is optional
Nearby transit features use location only on your device. You can enable location access in the app or iOS Settings, or continue using the map without it.
Allow for feed delays
Arrival information comes from a public transit feed and can occasionally be delayed or incomplete. Refresh after a moment before reporting a missing bus.
What to expect
Response times
Seattle Buses is a small independent project. We read every message and aim to respond within a few business days. Response time can be longer during holidays or when a report needs investigation.
